If you’re like me, then you get WAY more excited about a recipe when it has that certain special ingredient! There is just something so alluring about a cupcake made with red wine, some chicken with a tequila marinade, or whiskey glazes, anglaises–why make buttercream when I can make Bailey’s buttercream?

This is merely a chronicle of my own adventures as I make my way through the culinary world of tasty beverages!

And maybe someday I’ll make the time to learn how to take pretty pictures…
